This proactive client sought to utilize the land surrounding their property. They initially submitted and obtained approval for a basic plan to construct a unique, standalone residence adjacent to their current dwelling.

Our role was to refine the initial design and layout, incorporating additional details into the plan. After determining what adjustments were feasible within the approved outline, we proceeded to submit a comprehensive application addressing all reserved matters.

To aid the client in budgeting and estimating costs, we prepared an initial set of tender information. This allowed the client to engage with builders and gather quotes and estimates for the proposed construction work.
