A growing family in a 3 bed semi-detached home in Sutton Colfield, required a larger more functional Kitchen area. When we were approached by the client they wanted the most cost-effective, fastest way of adding a little more area and converting some of their existing Garage to achieve their vision of a Family Kitchen.
We suggested a modest rear extension that would fall within permitted development rights to avoid a timely planning application. Ultimately, we produced a set of construction drawings, to assist in space planning and allowed the client to get accurate prices from builders before instructing any to start work.
